Display account name above contact icon.
Contact search capabilities. Some org maps can get quit large and locating a specific contact can be a challenge, so we added the ability to search for a contact. Enter the name of the contact in the search field and the org map will highlight the contact and position the map accordingly.
Display note icon when there are individual notes about the contact.
Display the relationships of a contact in an organizational chart format. Identity current and former relationships, create new ones in the map, change stance and role. Create your own relationship types.
Add account or non-account contacts to the customer team. Depicts their current stance and role, change the stance, role and add individual notes in the customer team page.
Add your account team, partners and other key resources to the account team page.
SWOT+ Analysis, is more then legacy SWOT Analysis. This takes into account, Obstacles, Objections, Red Flags and Competitors in a easy to read and edit format. All within the Account Plan.
